Moms in Tech Partners with Career, Care, & Connection Summit on May 12-15, 2026

Moms in Tech is thrilled to announce our partnership with the upcoming Career, Care, & Connection Summit on May 12-15, 2026. Why is this event so important and timely? Studies have shown that 78% of mothers believe they are better leaders at work because of their parenthood, but only 26% of them feel supported by their teams (Future of Motherhood Study, 2026). Perhaps even more shocking is the statistic that 40% of moms exit their professional positions within a year of returning from parental leave. The summit aims to address these gaps and more.

This multi-day event is made for moms redefining success at work and at home. Built by professional moms for professional moms, the summit includes expert guidance, real stories, and the opportunity to meet and network with a community of peers who get it.

Balancing the career you’ve worked hard to build with the family you’ve dreamed about growing isn’t easy, and every session is tailored to topics that will resonate with moms in tech.

From how to return from maternity leave with confidence, to navigating layoffs while pregnant, the panels of expert moms will be there to share actionable insights with attendees. We’ll look at topics like:

  • how to negotiate flexible schedules without seeming “checked out”

  • how to build a career that complements parenthood without working against it

  • prioritizing self-care while parenting

  • founding a business

  • taking intentional career pauses without losing momentum

  • so much more!

Even more exciting - some panelists are members of our Moms in Tech community. Take advantage of the chance to not only learn from them, but to support them in sharing their knowledge and experience.

Book your spot now, and don’t miss this opportunity to connect with a community of fellow moms who have been there, and share similar challenges and wins with a group of people who understand.

10% of net ticket sale proceeds will be sent to The Labor Club to empower expecting and new mothers who have experienced involuntary job loss to return to the workforce with confidence.
