Privacy Policy

Effective April 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Moms in Tech, LLC ("Mints," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use momsintech.com and related services (the "Service"). It is designed to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

1. What we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account data — when you create an account or apply for Mints+: email address, username, display name, password (stored hashed via our auth provider), profile information you choose to provide (bio, photo, location, role/title, social links).

Subscription data — for Mints+ members: subscription status, billing cadence, current period end. Payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Member-generated content — comments, post likes, directory opt-ins, custom profile field values, badge ownership.

Usage data — pages visited, posts viewed, perks clicked, search queries, device + browser info.

Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 6 below.

  • Communicate with you about the Service, including updates and announcements;
  • Comply with legal obligations;
  • Detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain account and profile information for as long as your account is active. Billing records are retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting requirements. Audit log records are retained indefinitely for security and compliance.

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your profile, member content, and engagement data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use cookies and similar technologies for:
